NSERC CREATE program
QSciTech is a training program that aims at training the next generation of quantum scientists, engineers, and entrepreneurs in the field of quantum science and technologies. QSciTech is funded by NSERC (Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada) through its CREATE (Collaborative Research and Training Experience) program.
QSciTech offers a practical training to master's and doctoral students in physics, engineering, computer science, mathematics, andother related disciplines. The program comprises training in entrepreneurship, intellectual property, design, project management and quantum sciences, as wellas teamwork and an internship in industry. This allows students to develop a comprehensive vision of the quantum technology development chain and to build the essential skills to ensure the success of these technologies.
